LIFETIME WARRANTY

Simply put, we will warrant the lighting fixture, ceiling fan or decorative hardware that you purchase from LifeStyles Stores against manufacturing defects for as long as you own it.  If at any time, a product purchased from us fails to perform due to a manufacturing defect, simply return it to us along with your original sales receipt.  We will at our discretion, repair or replace the product.  In the event we determine a product is not repairable or no longer available, we will replace it with a similar style and value.

Our warranty does not include, gas lanterns*, glass, fan balancing or "wobbling", the improper installation or use of a product, product finish or color, claims for labor costs or installation and acts of God.  Outdoor patio fans are not warranted beyond the manufactures warranty which is the owner's responsibility to administer through the manufacture.

LifeStyles offers a lifetime warranty on standard household light bulbs including LED and CFL.
  Our bulbs may be the last bulbs you ever buy. If our bulbs ever burn out, return them to LifeStyles for free replacement. This warranty does not apply to commercial accounts our use or high volume purchases. A valid, original sales receipt is required of all warranty claims.  Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the warranted merchandise.  LifeStyles reserves the right to refund the purchase price of any warranted item(s) in lieu of repair or replacement.

*Our warranty on gas lanterns is strictly limited to one year from date of purchase provided that all manufacturer's recommended service has been performed.

   


STORE RETURN POLICY

You may return your purchase to us within 15 days for a refund based on the following criteria:

  • If the item is damaged or defective right out of the box, we will offer you a replacement or full refund.
     

  • In the event LifeStyles made a delivery error regarding your purchase, we will offer you a replacement or full refund.
     

  • STOCK items, that have not been removed from the factory packaging, may be returned for full refund.
     

  • STOCK items, that have been removed from the factory packaging, assembled or hung, are subject to a 50% restocking fee. (Updated November 1, 2017)
     

  • SPECIAL ORDERS that are still in factory packaging will be refunded less a 50% restocking fee.
     

  • SPECIAL ORDERS, that have been removed from the factory packaging, assembled or hung, will be refunded less a 75% restocking fee.
     

  • CEILING FANS, that have been removed from the factory packaging, assembled or hung, are not returnable.
     

  • FURNITURE ORDERS require a 50% non-refundable deposit which will be considered a restocking fee should a furniture order be cancelled for any reason.
     

  • WINDOW TREATMENTS are not returnable or refundable and require a 50% non-refundable deposit for ordering.

Return shipping or delivery is the full responsibility of the purchasing party. At our discretion, a refund check may be issued within 10 days of return on purchases paid by cash or check. Delivery charges are not refundable. All special orders require a minimum of 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. LifeStyles Stores, Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns under certain circumstances.
