Qualifying designers get a 10% cash rebate on home furnishings.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
Qualifying furniture, rug, lamps and accessory purchases made by a designer enrolled in our rebates program are eligible to receive a 10% cash rebate on purchases made. Rebates are paid by check on the net amount of the purchase before taxes.
To receive rebate(s) designer must be pre-enrolled in our program and submit a completed, paid-in-full sales receipt to LifeStyles via email to Rebate@OklahomaLifeStyles.com or vis U.S. Mail to LifeStyles Rebates | 1801 W. 33rd Street | Edmond, OK 73013.
Qualifying sales receipts must be submitted with 60 days of purchase. Lighting, ceiling fan, decorative hardware and sale merchandise are excluded.
