In Home Warranty Service
One Year In-Home Warranty
LifeStyles will repair or replace in your home, at no charge, any lighting fixture, ceiling fan or decorative hardware item that we provided for a period of one year from the date you closed on your new home. This warranty does not include incomplete, incorrect or improper installation or use of the product(s). We consider fan balancing and fixture "straightening" as an installation issue and not a product factory defect.
Make a Claim
In the event one of the fixtures that LifeStyles provided for your new home is defective and in need of repair or replacement, please CONTACT YOUR BUILDER. Your builder will then discuss your needs with LifeStyles and someone from our staff will reach out to you and set a service appointment. LifeStyles will not provide in-home warranty service without the process being initiated by your home builder.
After One Year
Rest assured that the lighting, ceiling fans and hardware that you (or your builder) purchased from LifeStyles has a lifetime warranty. However, after one year our in-home warranty service expires and you will need to follow our Lifetime Warranty instructions and restrictions as detailed here.
