Inside Salesperson
Qualifications

We are offering a dynamic and skilled individual an opportunity to achieve professional success by joining our team as an Inside Salesperson. The Inside Salesperson is primarily focused on building and maintaining relationships with retail, contractors, and designers.
Job Responsibilities
As Inside Sales, you are responsible for selling new Lighting to professionals and their clients, as well as our retail walk-in customers. Working in a well-maintained showroom environment, the Inside Salesperson will be expected to maintain their assigned area of the showroom, meet with the professionals and clients who visit the showroom, maintain relationships with current and previous professionals, and provide excellent support and industry insight when requested.
Job Requirements
Our most successful Salespeople have come from a wide variety of backgrounds, but all have approached this position aggressively and have been willing to put in hard work to build their member base. We look for Salespeople with strong communication skills, an upbeat attitude, and the ability to multitask proficiently.
Outside Builder Sales
Qualifications
Good communication skills, thick skin and the ability to start a conversation with strangers.
Job Responsibilities
Outside builder salespeople are responsible for creating new and maintaining existing relations with our home builder customers. This is a base plus commission pay schedule.
Job Requirements
Our most successful outsides salespeople are those that are not afraid to ring doorbells. That means making cold calls and getting chummy with our builder customers.
Data Processing
Qualifications
Attention to detail, basic computer and typing skills. This is a Monday - Friday schedule.
Job Responsibilities
Enter PO's from our builder customers into our merchandise, point-of-sale system.
Job Requirements
Ability to work by yourself in front of a computer. High school diploma or GED.
Warehouse & Delivery
Qualifications:
Our warehouse personnel must have a valid driver's license and a clean background, be able to lift at least 40 pounds and be comfortable on a ladder.
Job Responsibilities
Basic shipping and receiving duties using our modern scanner-based inventory system. After receipt, merchandise is moved into our warehouse and stocked on shelves. Stocking shelves will require climbing a ladder.
From time to time our warehouse personnel may be required to drive our box truck and make deliveries. To do so, a clean driving record is required.
